In the allotment list of 2nd round counseling given…. What does R stand for?
Also A=Absent and C=Change… Is it right?
Anybody any idea?

Why I am asking this is because in the list given on 21st there were total 30 surgery seats.But in the list given on 22nd there are 33 seats.On 22nd nobody took or left surgery seats according to the list.Then from where are 3 seats got added?
