Hey Sandhyojha,,,,don't worry,,,,it's not that complicated,,,,
Take your letter that MCI would have sent you,,,,also download forms from the MCI website, then fill them, provide the necessary required copies of documents that is in the checklist & also don't forget passport photographs,,,,
Once you get to Delhi,,,,go to NBE 1st,,,,there they will give you your pass cert,,,,but only on the day that they have stated in your letter,,,,don't go on any other day as they wil not entertain you,,,,
Once you get your pass cert,,,,go to MCI & simply submit all your documents,,,,then you can go home & wait for them to contact you,,,,
I am also from Gujarat
,,,,my trip took just 2 days,,,,you can even do it in 1 day cos most ppl did,,,,
Cheers Sandhyojha,,,,hope this helps,,,,

the process is easy and fast...
first go to the nbe and get the pass certificate..... then immediately go to the mci which is about a 20 minute walk from the nbe and submit the mci provisional appplication form with the required documents and thats it .
it will take 1 hour in the nbe to wait for your turn and then about 20 -30 minutes to walk from nbe to mci . then wait at mci till 3- o clock and submit there
the visitng hours for mci are 3 - 5.
there it takes 10 - 15 minutes to submit.
the only problem is fiding the NBE building and from there walking tot the mci .
the area is deserted and looks like a area or desert from one of those ENGLISH MOVIES..... where you see no buildings and no trees for miles around and from there transport is a big problem.
well it was a good aventure for us .
ok .
best of luck to all.

A tip when looking for NBE Building,,,,It's supposedly in Dwarka Sector 9,,,,but if you are taking the Metro,,,,get off at the Sector 10 station,,,,it's barely a 5 minute walk from there,,,,
