i am one of the petitioners on behalf of non-service candidates.

Final hearing on monday 28-4-2008..verdict is expected on the same day or on 29-4-2008.....though i am not going to get benefitted with a win

....i can assure all non-service candidates that it is almost a sure win for non-service candidates

yup marvel ur right...i thought i would get my seat of choice...if i move a case against 54 b clause.....but unfortunately those who spoke about the injustice done TO NON-SERVICE candidates weren't keen to join hands with me (

)........so i decided to proceed with this case with another candidate....thats the reason why i shelled out money to use a top most lawyer (muthukumarswamy ).........but unfortunately my rank was pushed behind after adding experience marks.......even if the case turns out to be in favour non-service candidates....I WOULD SAY OPERATION SUCCESS, BUT PATIENT DIED

hey y not challenge exp marks they do much more harm than exclusive res, its stupid to give marks just for sitting n ur ineptness in being able to get a seat prev yr
y is this govt bent upon removing al trace of merit

NO POINT IN FIGHTING AGAINST YHE EXP MARRKS,BECAUSE TEN YEARS BACK THESE MARKS WERE GIVEN ONLY TO SERVICE CANDIDATES.THEN IT WAS CHALLENGED IN COURT BY NON SERVICE AND THE COURT GAVE THE VERDICT THAT IT SHOULD BE AWARDED TO BOTH SERVICE AND NON SERVICE.SO IF YOU MOVE TO COURT FOR THIS ,THEY WONT ADMIT THE CASE FOR HEARING.
