I believe that you need a brain biopsy to definitively dx Alzheimers Dz....but it seems that patients w memory deterioration and neg neuro w/u get diagnosed with 'Alzheimers Disease.' I need some clarification between age related dementia and Alzheimers.

A very common communication challenge on OSCE tests is "Delivering bad news to a patient.....often Alzheimer's disease.' I'm trying to organize my thoughts as to how to break this news to a patient and explain....
