Is it still 4 drugs for 6 months?

DOT(directly obs therapy) improves results

PPD>= 5mm....tx if HIV+, close contacts, cxr w healed TB.

PPD>= 10mm..tx if pt is from a country w high incidence, IVDA, member of medically underserved population, resident of institution, immunosuppressed from medication or underlying disease.

PPD>=15mm...tx everyone
