A GP rings you about a 55 year old lady with metastatic carcinoma of the breast who has become acutely confused. What advice would you give?

-Start the patient on high dose steroids
Start the patient on diazepam
Ask the GP to exclude hypercalcaemia
Start the patient on antibiotics
Offer to send out a Community Macmillan Nurse
