AFTER SWEAT DRENCHING PREPARATION AND STIFF COMPETITIVE EXAM IS ALREADY OVER IS THIS JUDGEMENT OF JABALPUR HIGH COURT AGAINST OUTSIDERS JUSTIFIED.

THE WORD OUTSIDERS IS MISUNDERSTOOD AND MISUSED

THERE IS NO END TO A DOCTORS AGONY

well,,i know it must b hurting,,but this is rite decision as other states like UP,,doesnot allow domicile holder 2 give xams,then y should Mp DO THAT...THATS very fair,,& i personally welcome this change...

This rule is most probably not applicable for the students who are bonafide residents of present day M.P. and who got selected in years 1998,1999,2000,through m.p.p.m.t./a.i.p.m.t. in the undivided M.P. state and were alloted Raipur medical college which after November 2000 became separate under Chhattisgarh state .Thus such candidates can't be debarred due to unforseen circumstances arising sometime during their M.B.B.S. tenure .Even the D.M.E. and Health ministry seem to acknowledge this special condition and will cooperate accordingly with them .

hello vipul.dont get disheartened.its time for some serious action.the court did not say that the outsiders are disbarred from mpmpg.it said that students who hav done mbbs from colleges in mp should be given preferrence.we hav decided to challenge this decision in higher court.we hav to act fast because if results are declared we cannot do anything.the facts are
1. in first place so called outsiders should not hav been allowed to give exam but since we were allowed and we prepared hard for it they cannot discriminate at the 11th hour
2. many students seeking admission through all india are not mp domicile then why allow them
3. it is us the domicile of mp who are going to serve people of mp not other state people who had taken admission in mp pvt colleges or had come through all india from other states
4. no definition of "preference to mp college students" has been given.on what basis they will do the counselling
it is possible that we may not land up anywhere in the merit or waiting list but atleast for the next year we can prepare.we have to fight for our right.i request u to join hands and act fast.

the same rule is also present in Rajasthan ,u.p, delhi and many other states innorth where there is no or fewprivate medical college. THIS RULE SHOULD BE THERE ATLEAST FOR COMING YEARS, for this year lets wait and watch what court says.

Is it the right time to take such decisions??
Such a decision should have been taken at the time of issuing forms

NOW THAT MEANS WE DOCTORS HAVE BEEN PROVED FOOLS, NO MINDS WE ALL ARE DOCTORS, OUTSIDERS OR

Is there any1 in jabalpur who can look for what the court has actually ordered and file a petition against it..we can unite against this unfair decision and collect funds to fight against this anarchy..

and besides we took seats outsides MP so that we can learn some new stuff...Also in this manner paved way for our friends in MP so that more of them could get seats in MP through MP PMT as we took seats through AIPMT..
