need more information but i think auto immune disease is most propably but how we can tell hypothyriod without somthing specific

Dr mohammed once you have one autoimmune disease the chances are that you will get an other.
patient does have vitiligo and skin problems therefore I though Hypothyroid fitted it better. Now Dr. K what is the Ans?

I think there is already an autoimmune process running because of Eczema and vitiligo. So this can lead to a dysthyroidism.
