Ans. C. 10 days

Functional closure within first 1-15 hours of life, anatomical closure within first days of life.

Toronto Notes, P18, 2004

PDA murmur is common and normal in newborn infants. It usually disappears within first 12 hours.
In normal neonates the dusctus arteriosus closes in responce to a ductsl PO2>50 mm Hg.

Pediactics clercship,2004, p.208-209.

Because is saying first days of life I would more thought for 3-4 days, but may be also 10 days : for sure!
