fibroadenoma is hormonally dependant, so I this you should NOT give estrogen.

i dont understand the question asks EXCEPT
everyone agrees Estrogen not to be given Then why is answer C

there could be cystic mass in the swelling (i know u would argue fibroadenoma wont be cystic) but surely A >> C

Estrogen can increase its growth..so we can always go for surgery afterwards
