These DMER guys r sleeping ! whats taking so long? they arent announcing d date 4 2nd round or councelling round. they want 2 delay things and make use of this time (for wasting it ) whn v miserable docs r sitting dumb, doing nothing 4 our cause. CAN ANYBODY WHO HAS LITTLE MORE INFORMATION THROW LIGHT ON THIS TOPIC.
