Neurogenic pulmonary edema is an acute situation following CVA(esp in hemorrhagic CVA like SAH).
Have you heard of unilateral pulmonary edema especially due to gravitational effect ?
Patient is in quadriplegic condition and has vulnerability to aspirate at any time she is moved passively. Answer is 4.
