IV Estrogen - is first step in severe acute Bleeding in the nonpregnant patient
If no response after 2-4 doses D&C, and if Hb < 7,5 give blood
I didn't find anything about Medroxyprogesteron or Oxytocin for this situation

Yes, agree, 4)
Conjugated estrogens
These agents are given intravenously every 4 hours in patients with acute bleeding.
A D&C procedure may be necessary if no response is noted in 24 hours.
If menses slows, follow up with estrogen-progestin therapy for 7 days. This is followed by OCPs for 3 months.

This patient is gradually and rapidly dying due to hemorrhagic shock during her doctors are academically selecting what medications or hormones to give her. We don't know why she is bleeding but she is loosing blood seriously now !! Drs ! you should give her blood first and study thereafter.

The new trend in managing bleeding now is to stop the bleeding first as the blood u r going to give will be lost soon if u don't stop the bleeding site first....
