masawa can you tell us right ANS???

post MI pt can developed V-fib ,ejection fraction less then 35.so i thouth its cardioversion

the question not clear if pt post MI and on beta blocker can cause sever bradycardia then treatment is Pacemaker .
i hope iam wright .
open for discussion any one habe other opinion please????

I'd say, Atropine with Dopamine, so C. Cardioversion is for tachycardia management.
