gastric ulcer trat with 12 wks asymptomatic when gestroscopy dome ulcer is still prasent -ve for malignancy anh h-pylori. what to do?

1- treat fir 8 wks more
2-life long H2 receptor
3-follow up only
4-partial gastrectomy with excision of ulcer

why 8 weeks more, time to treat GU is 8 weeks, the patient had already 12 weeks, maybe 2?
