P = I*T

P: Prevalence
I: Incidence

So I think answer is "B"

The case of case fatality is already counted in the prevalence and the fatal case dosen't make any effect further.
Incidence rate increases prevalence increases too.
When the duration of illness is longer, the chance of exposed case is increased. And as such, when the incubation period shortens and is nearly constant, the prevalence increases.

Prevalence is affected by all, except:
a.Incubation period of disease
b.Case fatality rate
c.Duration of illness
d.Incidence------------------------------------

As the prevalence represents the only those which had been occured before and they are lasting till the present time not the incidence of new cases so basically the option ____ D____ will have nothing to do with prevalence
