today in sakshi paper,a news came regarding implementation of BC-E reservation in pg admissions ,ap govt filed a petition in supreme court against stay given by highcourt, this may be the reason for delay in notification????

YES...the govt has filed a petition in supreme court to vacate the stay of the high court(regarding bc-e reservation implementation).....the notification for 2nd/re counsellng wl b given most propably on 11th of this month....does anyone have idea about those 90 seats that are added?
