Have you done postgraduate training or have postgraduate professional experiance in Australia ? If yes then you could apply for provissional registration. But remember all the doctors in Canada have to undergo the EE,MCCQE1 and MCCQE2 process to gain the full registration.
Look at "immigratedoctorcanada" the website and collect lots of info about Canada and the registration process for IMGs in Canada .It is a very difficult process and would take lots of time to gain registration.
