all true regarding HIV osteomyelitis except
-commonly caused by staph aureus
-new periosteal bone formation
-usually bilateral
-necrosis is absent
Whats the funda of this one??

By exclusion we could arrive at that answer: for the moment!

HIV - Reduced immune response - more severe disease manifestation/multifocal -> so bilateral 'assumed' to be true.

We already saw 1 and 2 are right!

so...... but let us search more, perhaps we are missing something somewhere at some place where they have given about this 'trivia'!
