I think this is how is called the IMG CARMS program - in Ontario for example, the former IMGO which was transformed into - pgy1 positions on first iteration of CARMS. But this is just my understanding, nothing for sure.

I have got reply from nova scotia that if they have openings in special founded program(FM) , they will contact me. They never did. I have tried but could not find out more info about such programs. Who is funding and whom you may contact-no idea.. I have tried, no luck..
