hi ,iam new 2 tis site. i want to know if there is anyone like me......... i attended all india counsellin for the 1st time in 2nd round n since i didnt get a seat of my choice i decided 2 reject d seat available at my rank which i think was better than 2 take a seat which i dont like. the eligibility criteria for extended 2nd rnd was not avilable at dat time .i requested d members in d counsellin panel 2 give me any nformation on this crit on dat day but itwas in vain i was told 2 decide at my own risk as they didnt hav any info on elig crit at dat time. i had no info at dat time dat if i reject a seat i will not be eligible for ext 2nd rnd cos d supreme court vedict which was out by dat time said those who r eligible for 2nd rnd r also eligible for ext 2nd rnd. so friends is there anyone fightin for us who had rejected d seat in 2nd rnd for d 1st time n r not eligible for next round for nofault of ours n only because d criteria for eligibility was not available at d time of our counsellin? plz...........do reply me ..........i am ready 2 help financially if anyone takes d lead as i am stayin far away from delhi.

dear meelu, it's a very pathetic condition they(dghs) are putting us in...even after getting into the list with 3-4 years of hard work they are makingus not eligible for a counselling..they have nothing to loose...if it's the time constriants they can start the counselling at 7 in the morning and can go on til they finish the whole list...every student will be ready to sit thru the night for a seat....we have done like that for our studies...no where it's written that they should allot seat only till 6pm...

as i know shailesh praveen and varsha very well ,they have done a lot for the case ...running around in the delhi heat 43* for almost 2mths, and who ever calls to know about the case after knowing about the case details when asked for money,they used to tell they cant give...if at all max they can give is only 500rs....we know that those who got an 'ok ok' seat in the first counseling where very reluctant to give the money...thinking that they have got..its for the others benefit now they are contributing....i have personal experiance--my friends told me like that to me..

most of the students before 1500ranks didnt have a better college to change...bcoz in the first counselling they must have got the subject of their choice...if u can cordinate with the students thru rxpg or phone
and tell them the real pathetic situation u may win now.. bcoz court is going for holidays..i dont know from which date...mostly in may next week...u have to act fast ....

the supreme cannot give different opinion on the same case on 2 different days...this shows the foolishness of supreme court...
