hi everybody.
This is latest. Someone told me that yesterday he had called DMER. DMER people told him that 210 seats will be coming back. Before yesterday, they had never commented regarding the number of seats before.
One of my friend also told me that there is news that 234 seats are coming back. The news is in sakal news paper in pune sakal.

Anybody has any other news?

i have heard MCI will file affidavit next time. Next date is 27th. Does anybody know what happened today? Did MCI came in court?

i just got a call from my friend. he says that court has said that court has no powers to order filling of seats. its matter between DMER and MCI. If DMER wants to fill the seats, they will have to bring permission or NOC from MCI regarding this before 27th of this month.

are wt nonsense is this? the court did not no this till today? or were the judges sleeping? so ne idea wt the dmer has to say about this? so all that news tat d high court had sent a notice to d mci was false? does this mean tat v r fooled once again? is d battle aimost lost?

Absolute nonsense....court cant intervene???then how the hell the judiciary has got power to interject the admissions in various institutes by imposing stays.these people r morons...

things r getting worse...instead of improving.....atleast tell us whether yes or no and get over with it......actually i dnt get why aint they conducting 2nd round even.....they can finish that atleast with watever seats in hand yea?
