hi frends...i just finished my mbbs.i like to take up md Dermatology as my profession...but hav certain doubts...kindly reply to me plzzzzzzzzzzzz...
1.is it a gud choice r not ?
2.scope of Dermatology in india?
3.heard its gud only in cities.is it so?
4.future of md Dermatology docs inrespect with name fame n money?
5.how much a management seat of Dermatology cost?
some say its gud n sum say its not....im confused icon_question.gif
plz give ur valuable suggestions??

hi...i joined in karnataka...masters is masters ..cant compare with diploma...these days patients vl opt for superspecialists only mainly in cities...n doing diploma its not worth i feel...only advantage is u complete one yr before masters ...but later for working now a days its difficult to get jobs even for masters only in ny private hospitals...i have seen my seniors struggling...so better take md instead of diploma....its according to me...if any1 else hav ny suggestions plz post them too....

but don u think Dermatology is mainly meant for private practice.private hospitals don offer u lucrative jobs.i m doing DNB in skin at jawahar lal nehru hospital,bhilai steel plant,bhilai.u mainly need to focus from perspective of private practice;don u feel so??
