There are many rumours.one of that is u can escape from service after finishing ur P.G. got in service quota. many people say they can escape easily.They say there are many examples&no action can be taken against them.
I expect moderators will answer this doupt.

What happened in past may not be possible now

10 years ago, PHCs were functioning on 5 days a week and in morning only

Now it is 24 hours !!!

So don't go by the hearsay news

As per the norms the File will be sent to the Collector and proceeded as per REVENUE RECOVERY ACT 1890

Many of my friends and persons I know have obeyed the rules, paid the BOND AMOUNT and quit properly

So there was no legal action

so u r saying that it is not easy .because many people misunderstand or underestimate the legal matters.
everyone know u can pay &go.so i hope the said people are just saying it for a joke interlude.

There is always a difference between "what is written on paper" and "what practically happens"

If no such difference exists then there wont be any corruption,influence,cheating,robbery and murder in this world.If all people who commiitt such crimes are punished in the hands of law then above mentioned things wont happen anywhere in INDIA.
