DEAR FRIND,
1.BONAFIDE IS REQUIRED IF U HAVE TAKEN ALL-INDIA SEAT OUT-SIDE Maharashtra .

2.U HAVE TO RESIGN AI SEAT IF U HAVE TAKEN IN MAHARSHTRA SINCE U CAN'T WASTE THAT SEAT IF IN CASE U GET GOOD SEAT IN STATE FINAL ROUND!

3.IF U R NOT FILLING STATUS RETENTION FORM THEN U DON'T HAVE TO RESIGN YR SEAT DEAR IT U WILL AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE TO FINAL ROUND.

4.RESIGNING OF SEAT IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN AI-SEAT IN MAHARSHTRA!

IT IS CLEAR FRIENDS.....

if u dont wanna take any seat due to choice mismatch,then options available are;
1)dont attend the counselling
2)if u dont waana opt for any seat then dmer people ll get an undertakin signed that u r not opting for any seat on ur will. so that their seat is not wasted n u ll be eligible for next yr exam.thats wat happened last yr.

n regardin DNB , the rule is subject to variation regarding post diploma admission,dependin on the institute ur gettin in. some institutes universally demand mci recognised diploma. n others may relax the rule for university recognised diplomas. thats wat i ve experienced personally while attendin DNB interviews at different institutes.

@sak235
not attendin round is a big risk...spec in present scenario wen seats are increasing..i hope the second option is still valid this year..all these rules are so confusing..i wish they could make better brochures icon_sad.gif
