have heard that unrecognised seats ,whose hearing was on gwalior high court was transferred 2 supreme court....sahi hai kya?

i've heard that 3 asst surgeons have gone to court.i have their names not their numbers.i
am not sure but i got this info from the news paper.people in gwalior can try n find out as the lawyers fighting for them r from gwalior as fas as i know.petiotioners-dr rakesh sharms,dr sadhna patel,dr.manish ku gathoria.the lawyers r rajendra shrivastava,ravindra shrivastava,neelesh katocha,amitabh bharti.i read this in dainik bhaskar of bhopal yesterday-13/06/08.if u guys get any further info,do share

frnds i think the codition of state seats have horrible now a days and the all india has been very gud,, i think now a days a pretty poor rank in al;l india can fetch u a good seat ,, and a gud rank in all india also can not...
