Hi~ Wanted to ask you all... how is the PostGraduate Diploma course provided by IGNOU in Maternal & Child Health (PGDMCH) in Delhi? I have heard the same programme being conducted in U.P. is not good; like the faculty doesn't turn up, the study centers at the hospitals are not bothered about your classes...etc. Please let me know as i was planning to join this course soon. Also, they require one to have a "work place". What does that mean? Do they expect us to carry out some research work too?
