I called MCC and could not reach the person in charge. I do not know what to do else?

Keep calling as i think that is abnormal by now. If you still have oustanding documents to hand in, they could be holding the letter. That's what happened to me for EE. Call now, everyone has had lunch!

Keep calling ,also try to contact them through your MCC online account .They will respond.All the best.

voxel, start calling them tomorrow at 8am. You can probably get your papers in Toronto before the end of monday by superexpress post. Incredible these people.

Thanks Met5; I live in BC, so I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it. I called them yesterday and they said that it may takes one to two weeks within Canada . I'll call them again tomorrow anyway. Nothing in Canada is better than being an IMG icon_wink.gif
