there r 2 questions-
1.narrowest part of alimentary canal-ans. cricopharynx.
2.narrowest part of GIT-ans. 60 cm. proximal to iliocecal valve

hi me_doc,
You r right that site 60 cm. proximal to iliocecal valve is most common site for impaction of gall stone because acute cholecystytis due to cholelithiasis makes fistula directly b/w ball bladder & duedenum that's why it impact the above site and not cricopharynx.
