a.related to upper part of spleen
b.ca is more common

A. Wrong
Ref: Last
Tail of pancreas reaches the hilum of the spleen(not upper part)

B. Wrong
Ref:Harri 15th
"Pancreatic cancers occur twice as frequently in the pancreatic head (70% of cases) as in the body (20%) or tail (10%) of the gland."

C. Wrong
Ref:Last
"...it lies within the two layers of the lienorenal ligament"(not gastrosplenic)

Cant get ref for option D,
But by ruling out the other 3, D may be the ans
