Hi,
How to do councelling for forgo tt.
A man with lung carcinoma with metastasis adviced for chemotherapy and radiation but pt asking for report to give and wants to go Mexico with his wife. His sister had lung ca and received chemotherapy he show the side effects of it.
Doyou agree to give report? He can ask?Howyou will proceed for councelling.

yes you give the report

greed him and say i understand your concern i will give you report for second opinion but i have very good doctors team they will try their best to give you care and comfort. chemotherapy does have side effects some are permanent and some temporary which reversible our stoppage of therapy but in my opinion you shd start chemotherapy as if we delay treatment it further harm you
