think the answer should be [b]

If adnexa is normal ,then chance of ectopic gestation is minimal ,eventho cannot be fully ruled out .

when there is an primary intraabdominal pregnancy(its also ectopic), adnexa would be normal.... then how will u rule out it bay saying adnexa is normal...? i think ans should be uterus propotional to size of fetus.. that confirms uterine pregnancy n ultimately rules out ectopic icon_sad.gif

i think uterus propor to fetus size is correct. normal adnexa can still be associated with ectopic pregnancy
