ectopic pregnancy always diagnosed with usg with hcg levels..

usg finding of abcence gestational sac in uterus and absence of doublin of hcg in 48 hrs... or

usg finding of abcence gestational sac in uterus and reduced levels of hcg in serum or urine than the normal pregnancy...

when there is an primary intraabdominal pregnancy(its also ectopic), adnexa would be normal.... then how will u rule out it bay saying adnexa is normal...? i think ans should be uterus propotional to size of fetus.. that confirms uterine pregnancy n ultimately rules out ectopic
