the correct answer is gas cylinder in this context. at the same time it is good to cf nett weight. nett weight e.g. as printed on LPG cylinder (14.2 Kg) refers to the weight of the content while tare weight is the weight of an empty container e.g. gas cylinder (LPG or oxygen) or, for that matter, a railway wagon container icon_exclaim.gif
