Discussion
Obviously there is a mistake in the choice. At first look it may look that the Answers are 3 and 4 as there is a fall in the viscosity and there is aneamia pregnancy.
Explanation
1. Serum iron concentration falls in Pregnancy.
2. There is an Increase in serum iron building capacity.
3. There is an decrease in blood viscosity increases.
4. There is Increase in blood oxygen carrying yet there is anaemia because of the disproportionate increase in Plasma Volume.
