Now to summarise.
1. Cardiff course
-£ 195 to be paid on the first day of the course for 2 day weekend course. Full Mock test Government Funded Training Centre
Sponsorship letter, accommodation £20 /NIGHT With or without breakfast. Each day is 10 hours
2. Fast track medics
They provide no sponsorship letters, may advise about accommodation but provide nothing
- £130 (Mannequin only.)
- £250 for 6 days OSCE + mannequin with full mock test.
3. Nhs recruits
- 7 day course For 7 days you shall have daily tutorials and manikin training. The course is held in the evenings (1800 –2200) for the weekdays and involves a two-day full course on the weekend, however you will be given manikins to practice and videos for the full day even on weekdays. There will be a mock exam at the end. Accommodation is included in the charge and is held in Preston.

4. Birmingham plab course
- If you are an overseas doctor (not a refugee doctor in UK) the course fee is £190 for both the courses - either the detailed 10 Saturday course or the intensive weekend course
- If you apply through the sponsorship scheme, you have to pay £225 (Rs 17,000) for the course and we prepare you for the exam. If you fail the exam, you will be refunded £200 (Rs 15,000) {£25 (Rs 2,000) will be deducted for food and beverages for the course}.
5. Fahmidas
Full time course (5 days): PLAB part-2 £150
Only mannequin course: £60
Registration as a member: £70 it includes library facility and group study for one month (4PM - 8 PM) at certain place and mannequin session on the first and last weekends (10AM - 8PM).Maximum 15 people are allowed to join each group.
6. PLAB Tutor Eastham
7Days 210 provides sponsorship letters, visa help no accommodation, but helps getting one at 40-60/wk without food
: £100 first then you pay another £150 within 5 wks of starting your Job!!

7. North Central London College
- 2 Days In house, 6weeks online 130 P it provides no sponsorship, nor accommodation
8. Plabmaster
7 days - Total course fee is £ 270 Practice is done in an office, not a hospital up to 9 sessions each Max.3 hours. MOCK test (only 6 stations)
Has sponsorship scheme-£ 550 lodging, boarding and coaching for approximately 3 weeks. It would be taken care by YBES. Doctors will have to pay £100 upfront on their day one in UK, irrespective of where the candidate is accommodated. They would need to pay us £450 on passing (and getting a job).
Many complain that it is the most crowded course!
