Public Health - A multilateral work arena

I am a physician but never experienced the life of a clinician as a true professional. I am not considering the internship period. How does it feel the regular activities of a clinician? I don’t know about it as I was not in the business. But I observe this in my friends, working in hospitals/clinics. Admitting and attending the new patients, follow up to old patients, taking round with the professor, supervise the interns/students/juniors, in the OT, clinical meetings and some going to private practice in the evening.
