Echo Made Easy
Added on 01-05-2006

This text aims to provide a practical and clinically-useful introduction to echocardiography and to demystify the subject for those who will be using, requesting and possibly interpreting it in the future: medical students, junior doctors and non-specialist physicians. It is also hoped that it may be of interest to nurses, cardiac technicians, paramedics and general practitioners. This is not intended to be an exhaustive book on echocardiography, but should fill an important gap in the market - providing a simple, accessible approach to echocardiography and explaining the principles, indications, limitations and interpretation to a non-specialist audience. --naresh, RxPG

I recently prepared with this book and took the plab part 1. Ihad very little time but this book covered almost every topic that appeared in the exam. I have recommended this book to my friends. It includes explanations to all the questions starting from presentations to investigations and treatment. All in all it is a complete book in itself.Quite a few of the questions appeared in the actual exam itself. Congratulations to the authors --A Reader from UK, RxPG
