this book is grossly underestimated especially for all india..except for some subjects like P&SM and OBG,this is really good..trouble is it is not completely updated and has a tendency to stick to old karnataka MCQ''s on which i think it was initially based..overall a must read for all india and more important for karnataka PG entrance (dr_vijay_sundar)
