A good friend of mine, setting out on a journey from home to the land, where all dreams would come true-equipped with nothing but a vision and few big dreams. I asked, "Oye tu sad to nahin hua?"
"Nahin main to sad nahin hua, but mahol itna sad ho gaya ke mera bhi thoda mood off ho gaya. But sab mast hai." he replied, typically.
He was boarding the train.
I wondered, how can someone maintain such a cool, while parting from parents and home. Still, to cheer him up, i said, "Wait till the day, your dreams come true."

He landed his dreamed destination. New people, new place, new responsibilties. Took some time to adjust. Never complained, never whined. Not even once.
I wondered, how this kid hearted person could put up such a strong face to the world.
"What's your topmost priority of life?", i asked.
"A desired P.G seat, everything else can wait ",came the quick reply.
He toiled, day and night. Out n out. That too, within the time frame, an average person would panick or think of postponing.
To encourage, at times, I would say, "Buddy,never give up."
"Give up karne se hoga bhi kya?" But he would hide, the real day to day struggle. Always cheerful, always smiling.
Planning, managing , applying-always on the run.
Alone.
Away from home.
Just with vision and parent's blessings, well wishes of so many friends, and countless well wishers.
Dreams!
Dreams are those that won't let you sleep.
When honestly toiled for, can just turn out to be true.
I hope, they would turn out to be true.
